extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information about you, your order, or your credit card information.

Sales Tax
Because Maeve Riley operates in California we are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on orders
shipped to a California address. Those who live outside of California will not be charged sales tax for
orders place on maeveriley.com.
How to Change or Cancel an Order
If your order is still being processed, then we will be happy to modify or cancel it for you. Please call us
ASAP at 619.501.3500 and have your order info available. However, if your order has already been shipped,
we will be unable to make revisions, in which case you will need to make a standard return or exchange once
you have received your merchandise.
Shipping Policies & Rates
For your convenience, Maeve Riley offers UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air
shipping. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Tuesday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped
the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
United States Shipping Rates - 48 Mainland States:
UPS/USPS Ground: $7.00 - 8 to 10 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: $13.00 - 2 to 3 business days
Next Day Air: $18.00 - 1 to 2 business days
Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Rates:
Alaska/Hawaii USPS: $9.00 - 8 to 10 business days
Alaska/Hawaii UPS 2nd Day Air: $24.00
International Shipping:
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation
e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking
number for your package. You may visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to check the status
of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
This return policy is for Maeve Riley website orders only, and does not pertain to in-store purchases. We will
be happy to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely
satisfied with. The item MUST be returned to Maeve Riley within 14 days of the delivery date in unworn and
perfect condition with all tags attached. Items returned 15 days to 21 days after delivery are exchange only.
No returns or exchanges after 21 days.
Sale items are exchange-only within 14 days - no refunds.

Gift Wrap Service
We offer gift wrapping service for an $5.00 gift wrapping fee. Just check the gift wrap box during the checkout
process to indicate that you would like us to giftwrap your order.
